Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Brand New | Ortho Center Physical Therapy | Red Bank, New Jersey Ortho Center Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Red Bank, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who is passionate about patient care, hands-on rehabilitation, and professional growth to join a collaborative, physician-integrated orthopedic practice. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping patients return to meaningful daily activities. At Ortho Center Physical Therapy, you will work alongside experienced Physical Therapists and orthopedic specialists in an environment that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment to a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload. This role emphasizes hands-on patient care, strong communication, and teamwork within a physician-integrated environment. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions. Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence Educate patients on home exercise programs and reinforce proper technique and adherence Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and payer requirements Support a positive, team-oriented clinic environment focused on patient success Collaborate with Physical Therapists, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care Maintain productivity standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure) Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous learning Why Join Ortho Center Physical Therapy?
