Job Description
The role Every new patient who walks through our doors on their first visit is nervous, skeptical, or worn down from being told "everything looks fine" somewhere else. You are the person who changes that. As our Eval Team Chiropractic Assistant, you run the full Day 1 experience: consultation, technology-based scans, paperwork, and the conversation that helps a stressed parent or frustrated adult understand what we found and why it matters. You guide them through the whole thing yourself, start to finish. This is a relationship job, not a front desk job. Who we are Absolute Chiropractic is a nervous system and TMJ-focused practice in Sea Girt serving families, teens, and adults working through airway issues, jaw instability, sensory overload, and kids whose nervous systems are stuck in overdrive. We have 420+ five-star reviews, and two of our doctors hold one of only nine Certified Pediatric Craniopath credentials in the world. Families come to us after other offices have run out of answers. What you will actually do Run the full Day 1 process with every new patient: consultation, goals, education, and technology-based scans Explain what the scans show in plain, simple language and help the patient connect the dots Keep a packed evaluation schedule moving without anyone feeling rushed Prep the doctor with what you learned so the Report of Findings builds on what the patient already told you Handle intake paperwork and scheduling logistics for new patients Learn our scan technology and EHR system (we will train you on this) Who thrives in this role You can sit across from an anxious parent or a skeptical adult and have them trust you within minutes. This is the single most important thing on this list. You stay calm and organized when the schedule is full and three things are happening at once. You are comfortable learning new technology and systems. Our job is to give people clarity. If you are naturally warm, patient, and good at explaining things simply, the rest is trainable. Not required, but a plus Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or hospitality role where you were the first face someone saw Familiarity with chiropractic, functional medicine, or pediatric care No chiropractic background required. We will teach you the clinical pieces. If this sounds like you If you believe people deserve real answers instead of being brushed off, and you want to be the person who gives a stressed parent their first moment of relief, we want to hear from you.
