Job Description
About the Position We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic clinic seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This position combines hands-on patient support with front-desk and administrative responsibilities. Prior chiropractic or healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a genuine interest in helping others. Responsibilities Welcome patients and help create a warm, professional clinic environment Assist with patient flow and prepare treatment areas Guide patients through assigned therapies and clinic procedures Perform SoftWave treatments after completing appropriate training Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls Collect payments and assist with basic insurance and billing tasks Maintain accurate patient records Keep treatment rooms and common areas clean and organized Explain clinic procedures clearly and answer general patient questions Support the chiropractor and other team members as needed Qualifications Friendly, professional, and comfortable working closely with patients Dependable, punctual, and organized Strong communication and customer-service skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new technology and treatment procedures Able to maintain patient confidentiality High school diploma or equivalent Previous healthcare, chiropractic, front-desk, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, enjoys helping people, and can balance compassionate patient care with front-office responsibilities. You should be comfortable speaking with patients, learning new skills, and working as part of a close-knit team. Schedule This is a full-time position.
