101 Hospital Loop NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contractual position to assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients recover mobility, strength, and function.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising PT Educate patients and families on home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records

Requirements:

Active PTA license in the state of New Mexico Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program Current BLS certification Prior clinical experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
