Setting:

LTAC/Skilled Nursing Facility travel assignment Responsibilities Implement and monitor physical therapy treatment plans for medically complex adult patients under supervision Facilitate therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and ROM programs per established plan Assess patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate findings to supervising PT and the care team Assist with mobility and activities of daily living as appropriate, while maintaining safety and infection control Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment spaces and equipment; ensure documentation complies with facility guidelines Requirements Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Associate degree or equivalent) Active or eligible Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification as required for practice in New Mexico CPR/BLS certification or equivalent as applicable Ability to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility/LTAC setting with medically complex adult patients Inpatient or LTAC experience preferred Benefits and Support Travel assignment with guaranteed hours 15-week contract duration On-site clinical duties in a LTAC/skilled nursing setting Dedicated coordination from the staffing organization to support credentialing and placement Scheduling aligned with a 08:00-16:30 shift pattern per assignment notes Find more opportunities If you'd like to explore other openings available at Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/apply to view current opportunities.
