Responsibilities include:

Carrying out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Providing therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual techniques, and other appropriate interventions Educating and encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation Monitoring patient progress and communicating changes with the supervising PT Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Working collaboratively with PTs and other team members to provide an exceptional patient experience Helping create a positive, welcoming, and motivating environment for our patients What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current or eligible Nevada PTA license Passion for outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates Interest in continuing education and professional development New graduates are encouraged to apply!
