Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Office Associate! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and organized backbone of our practice, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional service. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for. You'll assist with patient intake, manage appointments, and support the clinical team with essential administrative and clinical tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and efficiently check them in for appointments, ensuring all necessary information is accurately collected and recorded Assist with patient assessment by taking vital signs, documenting symptoms, and updating medical histories Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups to optimize clinic flow Maintain clear communication between patients and healthcare providers, answering questions and providing instructions as needed Support clinicians with basic physiology and anatomy knowledge during patient care when appropriate Handle administrative duties such as verifying attorney information, sending out x-ray and MRI referrals ,HIPAA compliant transfer of records, and maintaining accurate records Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to promote a professional environment Skills Strong patient service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor that puts patients at ease Ability to work in fast paced environment Knowledge in ChiroTouch, SOAP Notes, Chiropractic CPT codes and Google Sheets Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to assist with patient assessments and understand treatment procedures Ability to communicate medical terminology clearly to patients and team members Experience with intake procedures, including collecting health histories and vital signs Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care for accurate documentation Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain detailed records efficiently A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a lively healthcare setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their healthcare career while delivering outstanding patient care.
