Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, upbeat, and fully bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team at Power Health. As a Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing a positive experience for our patients — including serving as a vital communication link for our Spanish-speaking patients. About Power Health Power Health Chiropractic has been a trusted part of the Reno community since 1980. Located at 1175 Harvard Way, our clinic provides personalized, results-driven chiropractic care, taking the time to understand each patient's health story rather than rushing through treatment. Our team is committed to patient education, one-on-one care, and helping people move, heal, and function at their best. You'll be joining a friendly, established practice where your work directly contributes to patients feeling better every day. Schedule Monday through Thursday, plus Friday mornings Approximately 32 hours per week Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling paperwork Communicate with and assist our Spanish-speaking patients, including translating between patients and providers when needed Assist our chiropractors with therapies, x-rays, and other treatments (training provided) Ensure patient comfort and safety during their visit Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in in-house training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge about chiropractic procedures and patient care Qualifications Full fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken) — this is required An upbeat personality with a genuine desire to help others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods Previous experience in a similar role or a Chiropractic Assistant license in Nevada is a plus, but not mandatory How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their resume and a brief cover letter detailing their relevant experience and why they think they are a good fit for our clinic.
