Role:
Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of patient treatment plans Conduct physical therapy treatments and interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and clinical practices Maintain accurate and complete records of patient treatments and progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
Responsibilities:
Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and exercises Provide assistive devices and supportive equipment to patients Conduct patient education and training on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques Participate in care conferences and patient rounds Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff Perform other duties as assigned by the Physical Therapy department
