A potential candidate should have extensive knowledge of Physical Therapy Operations, familiar with Workers' Compensation and No-Fault billing process, as well as knowledge of Private Insurances. Responsibilities will include scheduling, Insurance verifications, requesting Authorization for treatment, and ensuring smooth Department Operations. Experience with pre-authorizations via insurance portals is a must. This individual will work closely with the Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Aid. Must have knowledge of Practice Management Software, doc-tors.com EMR knowledge is a big plus. A friendly attitude and ability to work independently is a requirement.
