As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include greeting patients, preparing the patients to see the chiropractor, computer data entry. This job requires the right candidate to be on their feet for the majority of the shift. This position would be great for a college student. We are currently looking for about 15-20 hours per week, including possible Saturday mornings, with the ability to cover more shifts as needed on a per diem basis. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you. Very ideal for someone retired or a college student who doesn't mind being active and on their feet and has flexible availability for coverage if needed. Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic Maintain the cleanliness of the exam rooms, Rooming patients into exam rooms and maintaining the flow of the schedule. Prepare the patients to see the chiropractor such as assist with therapies as needed Daily laundry. Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory Administer screening assessments as requested Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
