Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Monroe, NY | Full-Time or Part-Time Stern at Home Therapy | Home Visits / Field-Based Looking for meaningful PT work that fits your life? Stern at Home Therapy is expanding into Monroe, NY, and we're looking for a passionate PTA — full-time or part-time — to join our growing team. You'll bring rehabilitation directly to patients in the comfort of their homes, with a supportive clinical team behind you every step of the way. Compensation —
Full-Time:
Earn $58,000•105,300 depending on your employment type and patient volume. W2
Salary:
$58,000•75,000/year (may increase based on patient volume). W2
Tiered:
$35•50 per visit, rate increases with weekly volume. 1099
Tiered:
$50•60 per visit, with earning potential up to $105,300/year. Compensation —
Part-Time:
W2: $35•50 per visit. 1099: $50•60 per visit. Full-Time W2

Home Therapy:
Home-based care — treat patients where they're most comfortable. Full-time or part-time — we'll build a schedule that works for you. Virtual PT supervision and a responsive admin team behind you. Consistent caseload — no cold outreach or patient sourcing.
Full-time minimum caseload:
16 patients | Part-time minimum: 10 patients. What you'll do: Deliver skilled PT treatments in patients' homes across the Monroe area. Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (including remote supervision). Build relationships with a consistent patient caseload. Complete documentation using our streamlined process. Coordinate with patients, families, and the broader care team. What we're looking for: Active New York PTA license. Associate degree from an accredited PTA program. Comfortable working independently in a field-based setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Passion for delivering patient-centered care.
