Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Outpatient & Home Care | Per Diem City Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for outpatient clinic and home care positions. PTAs will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and support patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

Carry out treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities. Apply modalities as appropriate and directed by the supervising PT. Document patient progress accurately. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment. For home care positions, provide treatment in patients' homes.

Requirements:

Active New York State PTA license. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Outpatient or home care experience preferred; new graduates are welcome. Ability to travel to patient homes for home care positions.

Schedule:

Per diem

Outpatient Pay:

$32-$35 per hour
