Elderwood:
- Working one-on-one with residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and endurance
- Assisting patients through individualized therapy treatment plans created by the supervising PT
- Helping residents safely return to daily activities and improve overall quality of life
- Encouraging, motivating, and celebrating patient progress every step of the way
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team
- Documenting treatments and progress accurately and efficiently
- Creating meaningful connections with residents and families daily
