In this energetic and rewarding position, you will assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, providing compassionate patient care, and utilizing your expertise in physiotherapy techniques. Your dedication will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Duties Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Perform therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other physiotherapy techniques to promote healing and mobility. Operate medical equipment safely and effectively during treatment sessions, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Document clinical assessments, treatment progress, and discharge planning accurately following clinical documentation standards and medical terminology. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Communicate clearly with patients and caregivers to explain treatment procedures, progress, and home exercise programs to foster understanding and compliance. Manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently to ensure all medical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with healthcare regulations. Experience Prior experience working in inpatient settings such as hospitals or skilled nursing facilities is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in outpatient therapy environments or clinic-based practices is highly valued. Experience with geriatrics, orthopedics, or acute care enhances your ability to serve this patient populations effectively. Skilled in implementing physical therapy treatments including manual therapy techniques and trigger point therapy. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and the operation of medical equipment relevant to physiotherapy is essential. Familiarity with clinical assessment documentation standards and discharge planning processes ensures seamless patient transitions across care settings. Pay:
