Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) All-Star Physical Therapy of NY is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and dependable Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. About Us At All-Star Physical Therapy, we pride ourselves on providing patient centered care in a positive and supportive environment. Our team is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals while fostering a collaborative workplace where every employee is valued. Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility training. Accurately document treatment sessions in EMR. Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics. Communicate patient progress with supervising Physical Therapists. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Qualifications Temporary license or a current New York State Physical Therapist Assistant License Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with the rehabilitation team New grads welcome!
