Job Description

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CHIROPRACTIC OR PHYSICAL THERAPY OFFICE.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Collect patient information and update medical records in the electronic health record system
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
  • Provide administrative support to the chiropractor, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and waiting room
  • Assist with patient intake procedures, such as taking vitals and preparing patients for treatment
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth operations of the clinic
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a medical office or chiropractic setting is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
