Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at In Home Rehab Group, you will have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing personalized therapy services that cater to their individual needs and goals. You will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and independence.
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions Conduct exercises and interventions as directed by the physical therapist Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in patient education and training to promote self-care and independence
Requirements:
Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program Current PTA licensure in the State of New York Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
