Hourly wage plus bonus structure Hours Monday•
Thursday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•1 PM Job Responsibilities Scheduling patients and managing appointment calendars Checking patients in and out for treatment visits Going over paperwork and expectations with new patients Performing daily patient recalls and follow-ups Logging and tracking daily office statistics Assisting with general office duties as needed Assisting providers with patient therapies and treatment flow Hooking patients up to electrical stimulation (E-Stim) therapy under provider supervision Assisting patients with prescribed rehabilitation exercises and therapy routines Preparing treatment rooms and therapy equipment Monitoring patients during therapies and reporting concerns to providers Assisting with basic patient intake and treatment preparation Maintaining cleanliness and organization of therapy areas Assisting with scheduling and patient flow as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly and compassionate attitude toward patients Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and office software knowledge required Previous medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
