Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct physical therapy interventions under the supervision of the licensed physical therapist and in accordance with the physician's plan of care and as defined in the state Physical Therapy Practice Act. Treats subacute clients and long-term residents of King David Campus according to the plan of care to maximize function, relieve pain, ensure safe homegoing, maintain maximum performance, and improve quality of life. Is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team including OT, ST, nursing, aides to benefit our clients/residents. Completes training with families, clients, residents, caregivers Completes daily documentation according to facility and regulatory guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program . Current license in good standing in the State of Ohio. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills. Possess and maintain current CPR certification. Dedicated to provide quality, compassionate care for our older adults. #IND123
