Chiropractic Assistant / Therapy Assistant Blanchester, OH | $16.00/hour | Approximately 32 hours/week We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and personable Chiropractic Assistant / Therapy Assistant to join our team in Blanchester, Ohio. This is a hands-on patient care position . You will work directly with patients throughout their visits, assist with therapeutic equipment and rehabilitation, help keep the office running efficiently, and contribute to our patient experience and marketing efforts. Previous chiropractic experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. 8:30 AM-12:00 PM & 1:30 PM-6:00
PM Tuesday:
1:30 PM-6:00
PM Wednesday:
8:30 AM-12:00 PM & 1:30 PM-6:00

PM Friday:
8:30 AM-12:00
PM Saturday:
8:45 AM-11:00 AM Primary Responsibilities This position involves working directly with patients and assisting with therapies and rehabilitation as directed by the doctor.
Responsibilities include:
Setting patients up on therapeutic equipment Assisting patients with spinal decompression therapy Setting up and monitoring traction therapy Setting up patients for electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) Assisting with Class IV laser therapy Guiding patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises Preparing treatment areas and equipment between patients Helping maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office Providing a friendly, positive and professional patient experience Cleaning and sanitizing treatment areas and equipment General office cleaning and organization Assisting with office marketing and promotional activities Helping with patient communication and other office duties as needed The Person We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working closely with people Dependable and punctual Energetic and able to stay productive during busy patient hours Comfortable learning how to operate therapeutic equipment Able to follow detailed treatment instructions Organized and able to manage multiple patients and tasks Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable demonstrating and supervising basic rehabilitation exercises Willing to clean and maintain treatment areas throughout the day Comfortable helping with marketing and patient outreach A positive team player who takes initiative Experience Chiropractic experience is NOT required. Training will be provided. Experience in any of the following is helpful: Chiropractic Physical therapy Rehabilitation Medical assisting Athletic training Fitness/personal training Healthcare Customer service We are more interested in finding someone who is dependable, personable, motivated and good with patients than someone who already has chiropractic experience. Physical Requirements This is an active position. Applicants should be comfortable standing and walking throughout the workday, assisting patients with equipment and rehabilitation exercises, and performing routine cleaning and setup duties.
