Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Outpatient Private Practice | Weekday Hours | Full-Time/Part-Time We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient private practice team. The PTA will work alongside three experienced Physical Therapists in providing quality, patient-centered care to our outpatient population. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and individualized plan-of-care implementation Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist Monitor patient progress and communicate relevant findings with the supervising Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Follow established physical therapy practices, professional standards, and applicable state regulations Promote a positive, supportive, and professional patient experience Collaborate with the physical therapy team to provide effective, high-quality care Qualifications Current, active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care What We Offer Weekday schedule Outpatient private-practice environment Opportunity to work closely with three Physical Therapists Collaborative and supportive team setting Variety of outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitative patients
