What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Work with a diverse geriatric population in a SNF/LTC setting Collaborate with PTs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused SNF/LTC experience is preferred but not required New graduates are welcome to apply!
