We're seeking a dedicated, skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) ready to deliver high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. This six month contract offers strong extension potential and the support of experienced PT/OT leaders who understand your clinical world firsthand. What You'll Do Deliver High-Impact Clinical Care Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes in a timely manner Support Patient Progress & Education Instruct patients on prescribed exercises and functional activities Reinforce education on home exercise programs and recovery strategies Encourage patient engagement, motivation, and adherence to treatment plans Collaborate & Contribute Work closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Assist in maintaining a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment Elevate Your Practice Stay current with best practices and standards in physical therapy care Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical development opportunities What You Bring Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active State PTA license Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities A team-focused, growth-oriented mindset Why Therapists Choose Us Unlike traditional contract or travel staffing agencies, we are therapist-owned and operated.
