Job Description
We are a home health agency located in Cridersville, OH. We are looking for a, or multiple, Physical Therapist Assistant(s) to help cover our ever growing patient base. We provide services to Auglaize County and all of the surrounding counties, and also Paulding County. The PTA will be responsible for providing therapy services to our clients by following the PT's individualized plan of care.
Qualifications:
- Valid PTA license in the State of Ohio
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation is a must
