Phoenix of Maple Heights is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! If you enjoy working with the skilled nursing and long-term care population and want a PRN opportunity where your skills are valued, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a PRN PTA, you'll work alongside our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary team to help residents improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care Work closely with the supervising Physical Therapist Help residents achieve their functional and mobility goals Accurately document treatments and resident progress Communicate with the rehab and interdisciplinary teams Provide compassionate, resident-centered care What We're Looking For Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license Graduate of an accredited PTA program SNF/LTC experience is a plus Experience with Net Health is a plus Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Strong communication and documentation skills Why Phoenix of Maple Heights?
