What You Will Be Responsible For Welcoming every patient with energy, professionalism, and genuine care Answering calls, responding to questions, and scheduling appointments Following up with new leads quickly and helping them take the next step Managing the patient schedule and keeping the office flowing efficiently Tracking leads, appointments, show rates, and patient conversions Maintaining accurate patient records and office documentation Collecting payments and supporting daily administrative responsibilities Communicating clearly with the doctor and the rest of the team Helping patients stay committed to their appointments and care plans Protecting the patient experience by noticing and solving problems early New leads require consistent follow up, including calls, text messages, tracking, and accountability.
