We are looking to add a dynamic, part-time team member to our holistic Chiropractic and Acupuncture office. (Part-time position
  • 8-12hrs/wk) Exciting opportunity to be a part of a Wellness-based setting.

Ideal candidate should be Dependable, willingness to work, detail oriented, quick learner, friendly, professional, efficient, ability to take initiative. Must be strong in multi-tasking, have excellent organizational, time-management, and phone skills. Candidate should also have outstanding customer service when working with all types of people. Working days are Mondays (8:45

  • 6), and Wednesdays, (1:45
  • 6) Total hours approx.
8-12 hrs/week. May work additional/alternate days/times if coverage for another team member is needed. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Excellent customer service skills Answer phone and schedule new patient and established patient appointments Greet and check-in / check-out all incoming/outgoing patients with a professional, friendly manner Collect all patient payments and co-payments and post into office software. General understanding of working with insurance is helpful. Prepare New Patient paperwork and chart paperwork, including insurance information, maintain patient charts Scan records into office EHR Assist with patient care in therapy suite (we will provide training) Direct the patient flow / patient care in the office. Help maintain office cleanliness, sanitize areas after patient care Prepare / stock Acupuncture rooms , Chiropractic treatment rooms Stock/ supply Therapy suite Prepare reports, charts/files for days' patient visits Communicate professionally with patients, coworkers and other team members Order supplies, accept deliveries Professional attitude and appearance Ability to be on feet for periods of time Compensation / Pay based upon experience.
