Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist Assistant Full-Time | First Shift | No Weekends | 40 Hours per Week Are you an Athletic Trainer ready for a more predictable schedule, or a Physical Therapist Assistant interested in using your clinical skills outside of a traditional clinic? Accelerate Therapy and Performance is seeking a full-time Injury Prevention Specialist to support employees at a warehouse and distribution site. In this role, you will help prevent workplace injuries through education, early intervention, individualized care, and relationship-building. You will have the autonomy to manage your day while working within established clinical protocols and receiving support from a team of licensed healthcare and fitness professionals. What You'll Do Build relationships with employees and become a trusted onsite health and wellness resource Educate employees on body mechanics, movement, ergonomics, and injury-prevention strategies Provide early intervention and individualized care for musculoskeletal concerns Help employees remain healthy, active, and productive at work Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and proactive wellness Manage daily responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment Partner with team members and client leaders to identify and address workplace health trends Document services and follow established clinical protocolsQualifications:
Who We're Looking For Candidates must meet one of the following requirements: Certified Athletic Trainer with an active state license and bachelor's degree Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an associate degree Candidates must also hold an active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification . Preferred Qualifications Experience working with orthopedic or musculoskeletal conditions Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable engaging with employees and leaders at all levels Proficiency with Google Workspace Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, fitness, or another relationship-focused environmentLearn More About Us:
