Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance Able to effectively perform and prioritize multiple functions or tasks as needed Able to read and interpret instructions related to patient care Must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant by the state in which you are applying Must have at least one-year clinical experience Must be able to travel to prospective patient's place of residenceEEOC Statement:
