What you'll do This Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position is for Home Health Services, providing rehabilitative services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role supports the implementation of individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, and enhancing physical function. The PTA works closely with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure effective and compassionate care in a home setting. Duties Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing individualized- physical therapy treatment plans
