We're hiring for multiple locations throughout the Mahoning Valley. About the Role As a PTA at Kids Choice, you'll work closely with a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver client-centered, evidence-based therapy to children. This is a school-year renewing position offering meaningful work in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Follow treatment plans and goals developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate therapy techniques. Adapt and tailor activities based on individual client needs. Monitor and report client progress to the supervising Physical Therapist. Communicate effectively with the supervising PT, Clinical Director, and Practice Manager. Maintain timely, clear, and concise documentation. Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with clients, families, and team members.
Qualifications Licensure:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Ohio.
Experience:
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
Technology:
Basic computer proficiency required.
Clearances:
Must pass a criminal background check and obtain child abuse clearances with no record.
