Job Description

Chiropractic Assistant / StemWave Technician — The Chiropractic Co. The Chiropractic Co. is a growing Upper cervical & prenatal and pediatric-focused chiropractic practice looking for a warm, detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience and operating our StemWave shockwave therapy, with cross-training in front desk operations to support our team as needed. What You'll Do Serve as a StemWave technician: prepare patients, run treatment sessions accurately per protocol, and ensure a comfortable, professional experience from start to finish Be a friendly, reassuring presence for our patients — including pregnant moms, babies, and children — helping them feel cared for at every visit Cross-train in front desk responsibilities (scheduling, check-in/check-out, patient communication) to support our Client Advocate and provide backup coverage Maintain treatment rooms and equipment, keeping everything clean, organized, and ready for patients Help patients understand their care plan and next steps, reinforcing the doctor's recommendations Assist with day-to-day flow of the office to keep visits running smoothly and on time What We're Looking For A genuine passion for helping people and creating a great patient experience Comfortable working with a variety of patients, including pregnant women, infants, and children Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude Ability to learn new equipment/technology (training on StemWave provided — no prior experience required) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Prior experience in a chiropractic office, medical office, or customer-service role is a plus, but not required What We Offer Hands-on training on StemWave therapy and our patient care systems A supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within a well-established, reputable practice Interested candidates should apply with a resume and a brief note on why they'd be a great fit for our patient-first team.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
