Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractic staff in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of customer service, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt. Pay will be based on experience; an ideal employee would have previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office. Duties Assist chiropractors during patient assessments and treatments. Conduct initial patient intake by gathering medical history and current health information. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently. Communicate effectively with patients. Support patients during treatments. Answer questions about services provided. Operate a multi-phone line system Working with our EHR system Taking X-Rays Experience Ability to learn quickly is important for this role. Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent patient service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with chiropractic care is a plus.
