$39.53 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Implement evidence-based clinical interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Provide rehabilitative treatments such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising clinicians Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and exercises Document all treatments accurately in electronic health records, complying with regulations Participate in team meetings, training, and facility protocols Support and supervise students as needed, ensuring compliance with practice acts and ethics Assist in obtaining DME or supplies as required within regulatory guidelines What You Need Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation standards Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Previous experience in long-term care setting preferred but not required Strong communication skills and professional ethics About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Moore, OK, dedicated to providing quality patient care in a long-term care setting.
