Full Time, Entry Level Assistant at chiropractic office.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK

•Monday-Thursday 8:30am-6:00pm and Friday 8:30-11am. No work Friday afternoons, Saturday & Sundays! All major holidays off. No degree, education, or certification requirements - WILL

TRAIN ON SITE!

Are you enthusiastic about helping others? Do you smile often, and love the process of getting people well? We are seeking a self-motivated Chiropractic Assistant to help with scheduling, therapy, and office management. Occasional travel for seminars is required.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner. Managing appointment scheduling and patient records. Providing admin support to the Doctor.

Assisting in front desk duties:

answering phone calls, emails, managing inquiries. Preparing exam rooms - cleaning and stocking supplies. Coordinating patient flow and ensuring a positive experience during visits.

Skills:

This position requires a high level of professionalism, compassion, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced setting. Happy, positive attitude and willingness to collaborate. Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment. Strong organizational skills.
