This position starts primarily at the front desk, but we are looking for someone who wants to learn and take on additional responsibilities. As skills are learned and demonstrated, responsibilities and pay can increase. Advanced duties may include assisting with therapies, rehabilitation exercises, preparing patients for treatment, and other clinical support.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and helping manage patient flow through the clinic Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing the appointment schedule Patient check-in/check-out and collecting payments Verifying insurance benefits and communicating benefit information Assisting with basic billing and administrative tasks Preparing treatment rooms and patients for care Assisting with therapies and rehabilitation exercises once trained Assisting with inventory, supplies, organization, and light cleaning Helping with occasional clinic marketing and other day-to-day office needs We're looking for someone who is: Warm, friendly, confident, and professional with patients Comfortable and effective on the phone Reliable and punctual Organized and able to work efficiently in a busy environment Comfortable with basic math and learning new computer systems Able and willing to learn both administrative and clinical skills Interested in chiropractic, rehabilitation, and physical medicine Available to work weekdays, including some evenings, and at least a half-day Saturday Healthcare or chiropractic-office experience is appreciated, but not required . We are willing to train the right person. Pay & Benefits $15-$18/hour , depending on experience and demonstrated skills Structured opportunities for pay increases as additional skills are learned and demonstrated Quarterly clinic-performance bonus eligibility after the applicable introductory period Paid time off Free chiropractic care and other eligible clinic services, subject to clinic policy Employee discounts on products Retirement-plan eligibility after meeting applicable service requirements This is a good opportunity for someone looking for more than a traditional receptionist position.
