Smiles easily and genuinely loves people. Notices the patient standing at the counter before they have to ask for help. Can answer a ringing phone while keeping track of a busy lobby. At Doyle Chiropractic in Yukon , our Front Desk Chiropractic Assistants aren't simply answering phones and scheduling appointments. They help set the tone for the entire patient experience. You'll be one of the first people our patients see when they arrive and one of the last people they interact with before they leave. You'll help manage patient flow, scheduling, phone calls, check-in and check-out, communication, and all the little details that keep a busy chiropractic office running smoothly. And when we say busy , we mean it. We are a high-volume, multi-doctor practice. There will be phones ringing, patients arriving, doctors needing something, schedules changing, and several things competing for your attention. We need someone who can handle that without losing their cool—or their smile. This position is NOT for everyone. If you prefer waiting for someone to tell you what to do next, struggle when things get busy, or are simply looking for somewhere to clock in and collect a paycheck, we probably aren't the right fit.
