Job Description
Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant for an open position at Spanish Cove located in Yukon, OK. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. Spanish Cove offers Independent and Assisted Living as well as SNF and Memory Care.
