Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a part-time chiropractic assistant, preferably already licensed, however we are willing to train the right person. This requires a 12 hour in-office training with a simple open book test. As the name implies, the job involves assisting a chiropractor, which can include performing physical therapy modalities, some massage therapy, and basic office organizational tasks. None of these duties are complicated but the pace can at times be quite fast and a good heart toward people is necessary. Our team gets along well and cares about each other and about our patients. It is a great environment to work in. We are currently looking for someone to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays in a position that could gradually increase in the number of hours per week as the clinic grows. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience from check-in to check-out Assist chiropractors during therapy sessions, including preparing treatment areas and supporting therapeutic procedures Support clinic operations by managing waiting room, patient flow, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols Skills Strong patient service skills with a compassionate and energetic approach to care delivery Solid understanding of the modalities we offer our patients Knowledge of intake procedures to gather detailed health histories efficiently Excellent communication skills to carry out directives from the Dr. and to motivate patients toward their health goals Familiarity with chiropractic practices and therapeutic techniques is a plus but not required; training provided Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through active support and compassionate care.
