9683842-97124 Job Description Take your expertise as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and make a difference in the lives of students across multiple school environments. This contract opportunity spans from November 12, 2026, through February 11, 2027, with scheduled breaks over the Thanksgiving and winter holidays. Youll provide essential support to physical therapy programming at all sites within a dedicated district, collaborating closely under the supervision of experienced Physical Therapists. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PMincluding a 30-minute unpaid lunchto help students achieve their mobility and developmental goals in educational settings.
Qualifications & Desired Background:
Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required School-based PTA experience is strongly preferred Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (to access all assigned schools) Comfortable working across multiple sites within a district Ability to collaborate with a supervising Physical Therapist Adaptable, organized, and ready to work with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
Implementing physical therapy plans for students, under PT supervision Documenting care and outcomes as directed Communicating regularly with PTs and school staff Traveling between up to 30 school locations as assigned Attending required meetings, as needed
