Full-Time / Part-Time (depending on availability) We are a well-established and growing wellness center with four locations in Keizer, Portland, Hillsboro and Sherwood. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or similar customer-facing environment who enjoys working with people and providing excellent patient care. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Occasional shift coverage at our other locations may be required, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information Verify insurance information Manage office supplies and inventory Assist with screening and diagnostic assessments as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a similar healthcare, wellness, or medical office role is important Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willingness to work at multiple locations when needed Spanish-speaking skills are a strong plus Why Join Us Established, reputable, and growing practice Supportive management and team-oriented environment Meaningful work helping patients improve their health Opportunity for long-term growth and stability Our website: procarechiro.com
