Patient Population:

Orthopedics 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected

REQUIREMENTS

Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient Licenses:

PTA(Compact Accepted)

SSN Required DOB Required Work History:

Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References:

1 Reference in entire work history License, BLS, and SNF experience are required.
