Part-time / Fill-in North Portland Wellness Group is looking for an Oregon-certified Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our team in a part-time/fill-in capacity. This position is ideal for an experienced CA looking for supplemental hours or a flexible part-time position. We are specifically looking for someone who can help provide coverage for staff absences, vacations, schedule gaps, and occasional additional shifts. There may also be opportunities for regularly scheduled weekly hours depending on availability and clinic needs. We are a busy, well-established chiropractic office with a strong reputation for patient care. Because our clinic operates at a steady pace, we are looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable jumping into an active patient schedule, and able to work effectively as part of a small team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the chiropractor with patient care Perform authorized manual and physical therapy modalities within the Oregon CA scope of practice Prepare patients and treatment areas Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinic Communicate clearly and professionally with patients Assist with basic clinical and office responsibilities as needed Work collaboratively with doctors, CAs, and massage therapists

Requirements:

Active Oregon Chiropractic Assistant certification through the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners (OBCE) — required Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy clinical environment Comfortable working independently when needed Professional, upbeat, and patient-focused Previous chiropractic or medical office experience preferred

Schedule:

Our clinic operates Monday-Friday, generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM , with Saturday hours from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM . This is primarily a part-time/fill-in position , so hours may vary based on clinic coverage needs. Applicants with flexibility to cover weekday shifts and occasional Saturdays are strongly encouraged to apply. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply.
