In this vital role, you will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, handle administrative tasks, and support the smooth operation of our clinic. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk Schedule appointments efficiently while managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Collect patient information accurately and review documentation for completeness and accuracy Maintain organized medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for health information management Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing health records Requirements Previous experience in a medical office setting, chiropractic clinic, or dental office is highly preferred, but not required Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding care by providing seamless administrative support that keeps our practice running smoothly.
