PRN Physical Therapist Assistants Location:
Kirkland Village | Bethlehem, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for PRN Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team at Kirkland Village in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This would be a great fit for a PTA who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team. At Benchmark, we believe clinicians do their best work when they feel trusted, respected, and able to focus on thoughtful, individualized care. What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence Support residents in staying active and involved in the activities that matter to them Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team Communicate resident progress, concerns, and changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Collaborate with PT, OT, and speech therapy team members Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy environment What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong communication and collaboration skills A dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach What We Offer Flexible scheduling The opportunity to remain active on our roster by working at least once every six months A supportive team and approachable clinical leadership
