Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Join our dedicated team at Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, a premier provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)! As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Our state-of-the-art facilities and experienced team of healthcare professionals are dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to those in need.
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans Conduct and document patient assessments, as well as measure and record progress Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote independence and community reintegration
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or related field preferred Current licensure or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
