Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking fo Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our wonderful in-house therapy team! Full time or PRN. Great great building!!!Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines. The Physical Therapy assistant will document progress in daily treatment notes and complete all required documentation as indicated by state guidelines. Document their treatments and follow up with interdisciplinary team members for best practice. Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan. Physical Therapy Assistant will monitor their treatments as indicated by the physician orders. Participate in implementation of resident care plans. Will work with interdisciplinary team to improve residents quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans. Education/Experience Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist Assistant.Why Choose Us:
