Job Description
St. Anne's Retirement Community is seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our therapy team. Full-Time and PRN opportunities are available. Our therapy team provides individualized care to residents to promote mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life. Physical Therapist (PT) Assess residents and develop individualized treatment goals and plans of care. Provide physical therapy services and monitor resident progress. Complete required documentation and participate in resident care meetings. Provide education to residents, families, and staff as appropriate.
Pay Range:
$41.15 - $50.00/hourQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license. CPR certification required. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion. Monitor resident progress and complete required documentation. Provide instruction to residents, families, and staff as appropriate.Pay Range:
$25.45 - $35.00/hourQualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program. Current Pennsylvania PTA license. CPR certification required. For both positions, strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills are required. Experience working with older adults is preferred.EOE Pay:
