Responsibilities:
What You'll Do To provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist To promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment. To ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services. To ensure that physical therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations in order to demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Agency.
Qualifications:
